Very easy to make. Great for the summer, compliments any spicy dish. Adds a little coolness.
1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
1/2 cup Shredded English cucumber
1/4 cup Chopped green Cilantro
1/4 cup Fine chopped Red Onion(Optional)
Salt & Pepper to taste.
Whisk the yogurt while adding 1/4 cup of water. Add the veggies & salt and pepper to taste.
This is also very complimenting with Curry Dishes or Pilaf/ Biryani.
