Creamy Vegetable Dip

Contributed By: cooknmom
Mom

A great alternative for the regular ranch or onion dip.

Ingredients

2 Beef bullion cubes (dissolved in ¼ cup warm water)

16 oz Cream cheese, softened

½ c Green onions, chopped

1 Large tablespoon Mayonnaise (I use Miracle Whip)

Salt and pepper to taste

Your favorite raw vegetables (Celery, Carrots, Broccoli, Jicama,

Cauliflower, etc.)

Preparation

Cream the softened cream cheese. Add the dissolved beef bullion, green onions, and mayonnaise. Blend together well. Add the salt and pepper to taste. Chill for at least 2 hours.

Cook's Notes

The longer it can be refrigerated the better taste it has.
