Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

1 pound Ground beef or turkey

1/4 cup Onion, chopped

1 clove Garlic, minced

1 can Cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup Milk

1/2 cup Sour cream

Salt & pepper to taste

8 ounces Wide egg noodles

Garnish: chopped parsley

Preparation

Lightly brown meat in large skillet; drain excess fat. Add onion and garlic and continue to brown. While stirring, add in soup and milk; heat well. Reduce heat to low and stir in sour cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve over hot noodles. Sprinkle with parsley.

We substituted ground turkey and whole wheat egg noodles for a healthier version. We also used cambell's healthy request cream of chicken soup and it was delicious.
