Ingredients

Meat Loaves
1-1/2 pounds Lean ground beef
1/2 cup Dry plain bread crumbs
3/4 cup K.C.Masterpiece Honey Teriyaki BBQ sauce, divided (this can be hard to find. I find it Vons Pavillion)
1 Egg
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Noodle Toss
1 (16 ounce) package Frozen oriental vegetable mixture
2 cups Water
2 (3 ounce) packages Oriental flavored instant top ramen noodles
1/4 cup Green onion, thinly sliced
3 tablespoon KC Masterpiece Honey Teriyaki BBQ sauce

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, 1/2 c bbq sauce, egg & pepper, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Place approx. 1/4 c beef mixture into each of 12 medium muffin cups pressing lightly; spread remaining 1/4 c bbq sauce over tops. Bake 20 min or until center is no longer pink. Meanwhile prepare Noodle Toss: In 10" skillet, combine vegetable, water, noodles (broken into several pieces) and seasoning packet from one package; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, simmer 2 to 3-1/2 min or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Sitr in green onions and bbq sauce. Remove meat loaves from pan; serve w/ noodles.

Great Meal! Would also be good with the mini-meatloafs made with any BBQ Sauce and then any sides you like with meatloaf! SOOOO yummy! And fast!
