Shrimp Macaroni Salad

Great Salad and easy to make

Ingredients

1 lb Box elbow macaroni

1 to 1-1/2 lbs Cooked small shrimp

1 pkg (16 oz) frozen peas, thawed

7 Celery stalks, finely chopped

1 Small onion

DRESSING

1-3/4 cups Mayonnaise

3/4 cup French Dressing

2 Tbls sugar

2 Tbls white wine vinegar

2-1/2 tsp Paprika

2 tsp Garlic powder

2 tsp Pepper

Preparation

Cook macaroni according to pkg directions, drain and rinse in cold water.

In large bowl combine macaroni, shrimp, peas, celery and onion.

In another bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients.

Pour over salad and toss to coat.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours before serving.

Cook's Notes

Great as a main dish.
