125 ml Simply Egg Whites
1 Egg
1 tbs Mil
1 tbs Onion
1 tbs Mushroom
Combine egg whites, full egg, and milk in bowl. Beat mixture with a whisk.
Pour into omelet pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
Add vegetables.
Cook until slightly brown
