| 1 lb. | Grilled chicken |
| 2 packages | Ramen Noodles (chicken) |
| 1 16 oz | Frozen oriental vegetables |
| 2 c. | Frozen broccoli |
| 1/4 t. | Ground ginger |
1. In large skillet, bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Add 1/4 t. ground ginger. Add 2 packets of seasoning from the ramen noodles.
2. Add frozen vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add ramen noodles and cook 3 minutes.
4. Dice cooked grilled chicken and add to the cooked vegetables and vegetables.
5. Add sesame oil if desired.
6. Serve and sprinkle chopped peonuts or sesame seeds.
May substitute ground beef or leftover beef or pork and Oriental flavored Ramen Noodles.
