Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Milk
10 Eggs
10 pieces Bread, no crust
2 cups Cheese, Grated
1 bunch Green Onion
3/4 tsp Dry Mustard
1 1/2 lbs Ground Sausage, cooked
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup Milk
Preparation
Beat eggs and milk, set aside. Generously butter 9X13 pan. Line with bread. Layer Sausage, cheese, milk/egg mixture, sprinkle onion on top. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning combine, milk and soup. Pour over top. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
Cook's Notes
Depending on the size of pan, it may need to cook longer. It should not be runny at all.
