Put sprouts, cabbage, carrots, and green onions in a colander. Pour a generous amount of salt on top of the vegetables. Let sit for a few minutes, then use your hands to squeeze the moisture from the vegetables. Repeat with the salt a few times until all moisture has been removed. Set aside. Brown the Beef, Pork, and Yellow Onion. Set Aside. Mix remaining ingredients to make a sauce. Combine all together for your egg roll filling. Wrap in egg roll wraps and fry, or wrap in lettuce wraps.
