Baked Spaghetti Supper

Ingredients

12oz Whole grain spaghetti

1/3 c. Olive oil

3 cloves Minced garlic

1 Medium onion, chopped

2 Bell peppers, chopped

1 tbs. Dried basil

6 cups Spaghetti sauce

1/2 lb. Cooked turkey sausage, sliced

2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded, divided

1 c. Parmesan cheese grated, divided

Preparation

Cook spaghetti, drain, set aside

Preheat oven to 350 F

Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat

Add garlic, onion, peppers, and basil; saute' 3min.

Add sauce and sausage; simmer 5 min.

Spread 1 cup of sauce mixture into bottom of a 13"x9" baking dish

Layer half the spaghetti, half of the remaing sause mixture, 1 cup mozzarella, and 1/2 cup parmesan

Repeat layering

Bake 15-20 min.

Let stand 10 min. before serving
