Broccoli Quiche

Ingredients

5 Strips bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled or leftover ham

1 cup Grated cheddar cheese (or Swiss)

1/2 cup Minced onion

2 cups Small broccoli florets, blanched for 2 minutes

4 Eggs, beaten

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

1/2 cup Bisquick mix

1 1/2 cups Milk

3/4 Container creamed cottage cheese

Preparation

Line a deep dish or quiche plate with the crumbled bacon or ham. Cover with half of the cheese then the onion and the broccoli. Blend well eggs, seasonings, Bisquick mix, milk and cottage cheese. Pour mixture over ingredients in quiche plate. Top with remaining cheddar (or Swiss) cheese. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until centre of quiche is set. Let stand 3 minutes.
