Macaroni and Tuna Salad

Contributed By: ghleach

Ingredients

2 cans White tuna in water, mashed / separated

1 pound Package elbow macaroni

1-2 bunches Green onions, chopped

Mayonnaise

Salt

Preparation

1. Cook macaroni in water (with a touch of oil to keep it from sticking together) until done -- boiling about 12 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water. Place in large bowl.

2. Add mashed tuna, separating it into small pieces over the macaroni.

3. Add green onions.

4. Add mayonnaise (about 1/2 cup) and mix everything together. The salad should make "noise" while being stirred; if not, add more mayonnaise and mix again.

5. Add salt to taste.

6. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
