1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
2. Scoop out yolks into a bowl and set aside.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients except paprika to the yolks and mash together with a fork until smooth.
4. Spoon mixture into egg white halves or pipe into whites using a pastry bag with a decorative tip.
5. Sprinkle tops with paprika.
6. Chill until ready to serve.
