Ingredients

1/4 c. Lime juice

1/4 c. Rice wine vinegar

2 tbs. Fish sauce

3 tbs. Sesame oil

2 tbs. Honey

1 tsp. Chili-garlic sauce

2 tbs. Chopped cilantro

1 bag Asian coleslaw mix

1/4 c. Chopped peanuts

Preparation

Whisk together lime juice, vinegar, fish sauce, sesame oil, honey, chili-garlic sauce, and cilantro. Pour over coleslaw mix and stir to combine. Refrigerate for at least an hour to let flavors combine. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts just before serving.
