AMY'S GOULASH

FOR A REALLY TIGHT BUDGET AND HUNGRY MOUTHS TO FEED.

Ingredients

1 can DICED TOMATOES
1 can WHOLE KERNEL CORN DRAINED
1 can GREEN LIMA BEANS DRAINED
2 tablespoons BEEF BOULLION GRANULES
 SALT AND PEPPER

Preparation

OPEN ALL CANS OF VEGETABLES. PUT IN MEDIUM SIZE POT. ADD 1 CUP WATER AND BOULLIOUN, GARLIC POWDER AND ONION SALT. COOK ON MEDIUM HEAT FOR ABOUT 15 - 20 MINUTES.

SERVE WITH RICE AND CORNBREAD.
