Butter Waffles With Cream Cheese and Honey

Very good

Ingredients

21/1 cups Flour

2 tsp Baking powder

1/2 tsp Salt

2/3 cup Butter

2/3 cups Sugar

3 Eggs beaten

3/4 cups Milk

3 tbs Cream

Butter balls

Cream cheese

Honey

Preparation

Thoroughly blend flour, baking powder and salt. Whip butter and sugar till fluffy.

Gradually stir in eggs, milk, and cream. fold in flour and beat to a smooth batter.

heat waffle iron. Pour on some batter. Bake until golden. Serve with butter balls, cream cheese, and honey.

Serve with apple sauce
