| 2 | Grilled salmon steaks, cut into small pieces. |
| 1 1/4 cup | Uncooked rotini pasta |
| 1/2 | Red bellpepper, diced |
| 1/2 cup | Asparagus, 1 inch pieces |
| 1/4 cup | Red onion-diced |
| | Dressing: |
| 2 tbs | Fat-free mayo |
| 2 tbs | Sour-cream |
| 2 tsp | Lemon juice |
| 1 tsp | Dijon mustard |
| 1 tsp | Garlic powder |
| 1 tbs | Fresh dill-chopped |
| | Salt and pepper to taste. |
1. Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl...set aside.
2. Cook pasta according to directions, rinse and drain well. Steam red pepper and asparagus for about 3 minutes, or until tender. Toss salmon, pasta, veggies in a serving bowl. Pour dressing over pasta salad and toss. Serve immediately or chill unti ready to eat.
