Asian-grilled Pork Tenderloin

Contributed By: sweetshan8

A tasty marinade for pork tenderloin.

Ingredients

2/3 cup Soy sauce
2/3 cup Oil (canola/olive)
2 tbs Crystalized ginger--chopped fine
2 tbs Fresh lime juice
1 tsp Garlice powder--I used pressed garlic cloves
2 tbs Dry onion
1 t Emeril Essence

Preparation

1. Mix all ingredients together--set aside a bit of the marinade for basting if so inclined.

2. Marinate pork for 36 hrs---I do two at a time and freeze one in the marinade.

3. Grill on indirect heat until done--we use a meat thermometer reading of 155 degrees, as the temp rises once it sets.

Cook's Notes

The marinade is flavorful, but may seem a bit salty for some. I think this is great with some rice and veggies.
