Slow Cooker Sweet & Sour Pork-7pts

Low FaT, GENERALLY NUTRITIOUS Prep Time: 15 min (Total Time: 10 hr 15 min)

Ingredients

1-1/2 lb. Pork loin, cut into 1-inch pieces

1 Medium onion, chopped

1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth

1 bottle (10 oz.) KRAFT Sweet 'N Sour Sauce

1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained

1 Medium green pepper, chopped

2 cups Instant white rice, uncooked

Preparation

PLACE pork in slow cooker; top with onions, broth and sweet-and-sour sauce. Cover with lid.

COOK on LOW for 6 to 7 hours (or on HIGH for 4 hours).

ADD pineapple, peppers and rice; mix well. Cover. Cook on LOW an additional 20 min. or until rice is tender.
