Drain and rinse chicken and vegetables. In a large boiling pot mix chicken, vegetables, cream of chicken. Put milk in empty can of soup and get remainder soup of edges and bottom. Pour into pot. Cook on medium until slight boil stirring often. Turn to warm, or turn off and put lid on until ready to serve.
With this I either put crumbled cracker or crumbled corn bread in the bottom of bowl before I spoon soup over top.
