Roasted Cajun Salmon

You will love the Cajun mix on fish with the added zing from Dijon and a squeeze of lime.

Ingredients

2 tsp Bottled Cajun seasoning

1/2 tsp Salt

4 Slamon fielts, each 6 to 8 oz

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1/2 Lime

Preparation

1. Preheat oven at 450F.

2. Place the filet of salmon on a baking sheet with aluminium paper underneath.

3. Spread the mustard evenly on each filet.

4. Sprinkle each filet with Cajun seasoning and salt.

5. Cook 15 to 18 minutes until the fish gets flaky.

6. Add some lime juice on top of each filet.

Cook's Notes

Serve with asparagus and rice pilaf.
