1. Preheat oven at 450F.
2. Place the filet of salmon on a baking sheet with aluminium paper underneath.
3. Spread the mustard evenly on each filet.
4. Sprinkle each filet with Cajun seasoning and salt.
5. Cook 15 to 18 minutes until the fish gets flaky.
6. Add some lime juice on top of each filet.
