Chicken Chili

Easy to prepare, in a short time.

Ingredients

1/2 Jug of Tomato Juice

2 Boneless, skinless, chicken breast

3 cans Chili beans

3 Puffs of Red pepper

Preparation

Boil chicken, drain, trim fat, shread. Pour half of a jug of Tomato Juice, 3 puffs of red pepper, 3 cans of chili beans, 3 half cans of rinsed out chili beans juice, and shredded chicken in pot. Boil until cooked through.

Add cheese, cracker, sour cream, or taco chips.

Cook's Notes

of course you can use hamburger instead of chicken. Or leave out meat all together for vegetarian.
