Smoked Salmon Goat Cheese Pizza

Adapted from a take out pizza

Delicious nutritious pizza made in no time.

Ingredients

10 oz Pizza crust, uncooked, about 12 inches

2 Medium garlic clove(s), crushed

2 tsp Olive oil

10 Cherry tomatoes

150 g Frozen Smoked Salmon

1/4 Medium white onion sliced

70 g Semisoft herbed flavored goat cheese

1/8 tsp Table salt, or to taste

1/8 tsp Black pepper, or to taste

1/2 cup Basil, fresh cut into small pieces

Handfull of capers

4 Lemon slices, or to taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450°F and prepare pizza as directed below.

Spread garlic and olive oil mixture on the crust with a brush. Dot the cherry tomatoes cut into halves all over the pizza dough as well as the smoked slamon cut into bite size . Dot with goat cheese, onion slices, basil and capers. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste before or after cooking the pizza.

Bake the pizza with the filling on top on a nonstick sheet pan until crust browns on edge, about 15 minutes. Remove to cutting board and cut into four slices. Yields 1 slice per serving.
