This is easy to fix and makes a lot for a crowd or enough for 2 meals.
1 pound Ground beef
1 cup Chopped celery
1 cup Onion
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 can Bean sprouts (drained)
Cup Minute Rice
Cup soy sauce
1 cups Water
Chinese noodles
Brown beef, with celery and onion in large skillet. Mix in other ingredients, pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Top with Chinese noodles that have been crumbled a little. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes.

Note: you could also add a can of sliced water chestnuts, or whatever else you'd like.
