Hamburger/Rice w/ Brown Gravy

Quick and Easy supper!!

Ingredients

1 lb. Ground Meat

1 Small onion

2 cups Rice

1 package Instant brown gravy

Salt & Pepper

Salad (Bag of mixed)

Cherry tomatoes

Shredded cheese

Salad dressing

1-2 cans Asparagus

Lousianne Decaf. Ice Tea

Preparation

In a skillet, brown 1 lb. of ground hamburger meat and 1 small chopped onion. Add salt and pepper to taste. At the same time, boil 2 cups of water and add two cups of white rice. (Or you can use the minute rice.) When that is done, cook the asparagus for 3 or 4 minutes while you prepare the brown gravy mix. You may want to add butter, salt and pepper to taste on the asparagus.

Serve: Salad, white rice with hamburger on top and cover in gravy, and asparagus on the side.

My family loves this!! My kids eat 2 helpings of the rice/hamburger/gravy. My kids also love asparagus.
