SOAK OVER NIGHT IN SALAD DRESSING AND BEER. WHEN READY TO COOK REMOVE FROM MARINATED. CUT SLITES IN RANDUM SPOTS AND STUFF WITH A GARLIC SLICE. SPRINKLE WITH STEAK SEASONING AND PEPPER. PLACE IN OVEN UNDER BROILER FAT SIDE DOWN. BROIL TILL VERY DARK BROWN. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND TURN MEAT OVER FAT SIDE UP. SPRINKLE WITH A LITTLE MORE STEAK SEASONING AND ADD WATER TO PAN. THEN COVER AND BAKE FOR 3 HOURS AT 350 OR UNTIL TENDER.
