Ingredients

6 Split bagels
1 jar Pizza sauce
1 pkg Shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Arrange the bagels, split side up, on a baking sheet. Spread about a spoon full or two of pizza sauce to each bagel half. Sprinkle cheese over each bagel half. Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese melts

Cook's Notes

You can expand this for many people, or make it for just one. The amount of sauce and cheese on each bagel slice depends on your tastes. You can use this for lunch, snack, or a light dinner. When kids help, put their bagel on their plate while they make it. Transfer the bagel to the the baking sheet to cook, then put it back on their plate once it's cooled so they can eat it.

These are so easy and yummy. I usually add meat, and sometimes veggies. This is one of my kid's favorite foods, and it is very hard to get them to eat anything.
