Breakfast Pie but could be used for lunch or dinner.
1 container (16 oz. ) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1 cup KRAFT Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
4 Eggs, beaten
1 jar (7 oz.) roasted red peppers, well drained, chopped
1/3 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. Dried oregano leaves
MIX all ingredients.
POUR into greased 9-inch pie plate.
BAKE at 350°F for 40 minutes or until center is set.
