Salmon Ball

Contributed By: deborahlee
From a lady I used to know years ago

A wonderful easy appetizer spread.

Ingredients

1 Large package cream cheese, softened

1 can Salmon, drained, deboned, skin removed

1 tbsp Horseradish

1 tbsp Lemon juice

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and chill for a couple hours. Form into ball and roll in parsley flakes. Serve as an appetizer spread with crackers.

Note: more or less horseradish to taste

Cook's Notes

This is so tasty and everyone loves it. Great for parties! I put more horseradish than recipe calls for. I start out with less and add some more till it tastes right. I use the larger can of salmon. I think it is about 14-15 oz. You could also buy it w/o skin and bones in a pouch but then you would need more than 1 pouch. I have also used this as a sandwich filling. You can also spread on party rye and top with a cucumber slice.
