This is a scrumptious salad that everyone I have served it to has loved!
1 Head cauliflower
1 bunch Broccoli
1 Medium onion chopped
1 pound Bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 cup Shredded cheddar (I like the finely shredded)
Dressing:
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tbsp White vinegar
Cut up the broccoli and cauliflower small....just the flowerettes. Cut up the onion small. Mix all but dressing in a large bowl. I like to mix the dressing part in a large measuring cup or something with a spout. Then pour the dressing over the veggie mixture a little at a time and mix well. Chill well. This is not a salad to get soggy so you can make it ahead.
I like to take this to family get-togethers and pot-lucks.
