| 1/3 cup | Canned black beans, mashed |
| 1/4 cup | Spicy salsa |
| 1/4 cup | Shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese |
| 1 tablespoon | Sliced green onions |
| 1 tablespoon | Sliced, pitted ripe olives |
| 2 tablespoons | Diced tomato |
| 1/2 cup | Thinly sliced romaine lettuce |
| 2 tablespoons | Fat-free sour cream |
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Mix the beans, half the salsa, cheese, onion, and tomato in a small bowl. Place the tortilla on a large piece of aluminum foil. Spoon the bean mixture in the middle of the tortilla, but slightly off-centre. Fold the tortilla. Wrap the foil around the burrito and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until hot. Top with lettuce, remaining salsa, and sour cream.
