Grilled marinated pork chops

Easy and very delicious marinade that turns out wonderful on the grill.

Ingredients

4 Boneless pork loin chops, cut 1 1/4 inches thick

1 cup Apple juice

2 tablespoons Brown sugar

1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce

2 tsp Chili powder

1 clove Garlic, minced or 1/8 tsp garlic powder

Preparation

1. Trim fat from meat. Place chops in a plastic bag set in a s shallow dish. For marinade, combine apple juice, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, and garlic. Pour marinade over chops. Close bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 6 to 24 hours, turning occasionally.

2. Drain chops, reserving marinade. In a grill with a cover arrange preheated coals around a drip pan for indirect grilling. On a gas grill, use medium heat. Place pork chops on grill rack over drip pan. Cover and grill for 35 to 40 minutes or till juices run clear, turning once and brushing occasionally with reserved marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
