| 1/2 cup | Butter |
| 1/2 cup | Chopped green onions (or substitute yellow onion) |
| 3 cloves | Garlic |
| 1 1/2 tsp. | Salt |
| 3/4 tsp. | Pepper |
| 2 t. | Flour |
| 2 c. | Chopped fresh mushrooms (or use canned) |
| 1 c. | Heavy Whipping Cream |
| 1 c. | Whole milk |
| 1 c. | Shredded parmesan cheese |
| 1 lb. | Angel Hair Pasta |

Cook Pasta according to directions. Melt butter in skillet or sauce pan. Add onions, garlic, salt, pepper. Saute til onions are tender. Stir in flour. Cook one minute. Add mushrooms; Cook til mushrooms are done. Gradually stir in whipping cream, milk, and parmesan. Stir constantly til boils. Turn down to simmer til thickness you like. Serve over pasta with grilled chicken if desired. (Also good as a sauce for pizza or calzones)
