Prawn Creole

We have this in summer with a fresh seafood bbq and salad.

Ingredients

1 1b shelled prawns (shrimp)

2 Chopped medium onions

2 cups Cooked mixed vegies

1 pint Milk

Cornflour (cornstarch)

2 Teas curry powder

1 Tin spagetti

Preparation

Fry onions and curry lightly in oiled pan. Pour in milk and bring to boil. Add vegies and spagetti and simmer for ten minutes. Thicken with cornflour and then add prawns. Serve on its own or with boiled rice.

One pan meal.
