Curry and Rice Rissoles

Make ahead and reheat.

Ingredients

1 lb Sauseage mince

2 Onions, finely chopped

1 cup Diced cooked vegies

1 tsp Curry powder

1 cup Cooked rice

2 Grated carrots

1 Tspn salt

1 Teas tomato sauce

Flour to roll

egg

Breadcrumbs

Preparation

Mix altogether in a bowl. Kids love this bit.

Roll in flour then in egg and breadcrumbs.

Deep fry for about 10 minutes. Alternatively spray with oil and bake for about 20 mins.
