500g Lean bacon
250g Pasta e.g penne, fettucinni
600ml Cream
1 Pkt french onion soup
4 Shallots sliced
Start cooking pasta to packet directions.
Fry bacon and then add shallots. Fry for 2 minutes. Add cream and soup mix. Stir constantly until almost boiling then simmer and stir until thickens. Add cooked drained pasta and serve.
Leftovers can be reheated in microwave.

This can be made with evaporated milk as well.
