This is our daughter's first recipe! She loves dipping bread in the herb oil sauce at Bertuccis, so we come up with a simple version she can make herself at home. For additional flavor, fresh garlic and fresh herbs can be used.
2 tablespoons Oil, extra-virgin olive
½ teaspoon Rosemary, dried
Salt & pepper, freshly ground
Red pepper flakes
**you can add fresh garlic
We pour the oil onto a saucer. Next, we sprinkle on the rosemary, rubbing it between our fingers. We freshly grate coarse salt and pepper and sprinkle with red pepper flakes. All we need now is good bread for dipping! We serve right away.
