Fried Wanton

This is an easy to make appetizer and finger food. Great for parties.

Ingredients

1 lb Minced meat (pork, chicken, prawn or beef)

2 tbsp Green onions (chopped)

1 tbsp Corn starch

1 tbsp Soy sauce (or to taste)

1 tsp Pepper

Vegetable oil (for deep frying)

Wanton Skin (1 packet)

Preparation

Add green onions, corn starch, soy sauce and pepper to meat and mix thoroughly with your hand or a fork.

Wrap a small amount of the ingredients in each piece of wanton skin. Deep fry in oil on high heat till wanton skin is golden brown and meat inside is cooked (approximately 5 minutes).

Serve with Worcester sauce.
