Ingredients

4 Bonelss, Skinless Chicken Breasts

2 cups Diced Potatoes

1/2 cup Chopped Celery

Chicken Bouillon to Taste

1 cup Diced Carrots

1/2 cup Chopped Onions

10.2 ounces Buttermilk Biscuits, reduced fat

Preparation

1. Brown chicken breasts in slo-cooker unit on the stovetop over medium heat.

2. Add remaining ingredients, plus two cups of water. Cover and cook 4 to 6 hours on setting #1 or #2.

3. Two hours before serving, add uncooked biscuits to the top and continue to cook for approximately two hours. Cut biscuits and serve.
