| 1 tsp | Paprika |
| 1/4 tsp | Black pepper |
| 1/2 tsp | Cayenne pepper |
| 1/2 tsp | Dried oregano |
| 1/4 tsp | Dried thyme |
| 1 1/2 lb | Medium shrimp, cleaned nd deveined |
| 1 tsp | Olive oil |
| 1 | Onion chopped fine |
| 2 cloves | Garlic chopped fine |
| 1/4 cup | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 tbsp | Lemon juice |
| 1 cup | Water |
| 2 tbsp | Chopped parsley |
In a small bowl, combine the paprika,black pepper,cayenne,oregano and thyme. Divide spice mixture in half. Toss the shrimp with half the spice mixture. Heat the oil in a skillet and add onion and garlic. Saute about 5 mintues until softened and just lightly colored. Add the remaining spice mixture and cook 1 minute. Add the worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and water. Bring to a boil and cook uncovered until reduced to about 1/2 cup. Add the shrimp to sauce and stir to combine. Cook for about 3 minutes until the shrimp are just cooked. Place in serving dish and garnish with parsley.
