Tuna Casserole

Very quick and very good - your family will love it. Recipe calls for uncooked noodles (they cook in the oven) so no additional pan washing!

Ingredients

2 cans Tuna (packed in water), drained

1 can Condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 Soup can elbow macaroni

2 soup cans 2% milk

Bread crumbs or crushed potato chips

Preparation

In a medium size bowl, mix soup and milk with a whisk until smooth. Add drained tuna and macaroni. Stir until thoroughly combined. (Mixture will be thin.) Pour into a casserole baking dish that has been prepared with non-stick spray. Cover loosely with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Uncover and top with crushed potato chips or bread crumbs. Bake uncovered for 5-10 minutes until macaroni is tender.

Cook's Notes

If using a casserole dish, oven time may need to be lengthened. I use a clear glass, 8x11 dish. Only bake until macaroni is tender - additional oven time will dry out the casserole.
