Ingredients
1 cup Self rising cornmeal mix
1/4 cup Fat free egg substitute
1/2 cup Water, or more if needed
1/2 cup Fat free cottage cheese
1 Onion, chopped
1 10-ounce Package frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
Preparation
Combine all of the ingredients. Pour into and 8" x 11.5" baking pan. Bake at 375 Degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.
