For Beef:
8 - 9 Inch bamboo skewers
2 Swift Pemium Teriyaki Seasoned Beef Shoulder Filets (about 1 1/4 pounds)
2 Medium red or green bell peppers, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 Medium red onion, cut into 1/2 inch wedges
For Rice:
2 cups Cooked jasmine rice
1 - 14 oz. Can pineapple chunks in heavy syrup, drained, coarsely chopped, juice reserved
1 Jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1/4 cup Chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbsp. Fresh lime juice
1 tsp. Dark sesame oil
1 tbsp. Toasted sesame seeds
