A low fat meatball served with a creamy white sauce. You could also substitute tomato sauce for a different flavor.

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb Ground turkey

1/2c Bread crumbs

2 Eggs beaten

3/4c Minced onion

1/4c Evaporated fat-free milk

1 tbsp Minced dill

1/4 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Cumin

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Ground pepper and salt to taste

SAUCE

2 tsp Paprika

1c Nonfat sour cream

1 tsp Minced garlic

1c Evaporated skim milk

1/2c Water

1tbsp Corn starch

2tbsp Water

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350

Combine all ingredients and shape into 2-inch rounds. Place in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through. Combine all sauce ingredients except the cornstarch or arrowroot powder and water in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat until smooth, about 5-6 minutes.

Mix together the cornstarch or arrowroot powder and the water. Add to the saucepan and cook about 1-2 more minutes until thickened. Remove the meatballs from the dish and serve with the sauce.
