Ingredients

1/2 cup Fat free mayonnaise
1 tsp. Lemon juice
2 tsp. Splenda
2 cups (4 small) cored, unpeeled, chopped Red Delicious apples
1/2 cup Chopped celery
1/2 cup (1 oz.) mini marshmallows
1/4 cup (1 oz.) choppped walnuts

Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine mayo, lemon juice and Splenda. Add apples, celery, marshmallows and walnuts. Mix gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving.

Cook's Notes

I like this salad as a dessert. It satisfies my sweet tooth without adding a ton of calories.
