Ingredients
1 16oz Can light kidney beans
1 16oz Can dark kidney beans
1 16oz Can chili beans
1 16oz Can navy beans
116oz Can black beans
1 16oz Can pinto beans
1 28oz Can diced tomatoes w/basis, garlic and oregano
1 16oz Can diced tomatoe w/green chilis
1 cup Diced onions
2 tsp Chili powder
2 lbs Ground beef
1 tblsp Cinammon
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
ground beef until there it no pink visable
open chili beans do not drain
open all other beans drain and rinse
put all ingredients in crock pot, stir well and cook on high for 6-8 hours
serve with cheddar cheese and saltine crackers

My family likes chili, but didn't like the plain chili or little ingredients found in cookbooks, i decided one day to mix what beans and tomatoes I had in the pantry, and since then, this has been a favorite; it also serves well as a chip dip.
