| 1 16oz | Can light kidney beans |
| 1 16oz | Can dark kidney beans |
| 1 16oz | Can chili beans |
| 1 16oz | Can navy beans |
| 116oz | Can black beans |
| 1 16oz | Can pinto beans |
| 1 28oz | Can diced tomatoes w/basis, garlic and oregano |
| 1 16oz | Can diced tomatoe w/green chilis |
| 1 cup | Diced onions |
| 2 tsp | Chili powder |
| 2 lbs | Ground beef |
| 1 tblsp | Cinammon |
| | Salt and pepper to taste |
ground beef until there it no pink visable
open chili beans do not drain
open all other beans drain and rinse
put all ingredients in crock pot, stir well and cook on high for 6-8 hours
serve with cheddar cheese and saltine crackers
My family likes chili, but didn't like the plain chili or little ingredients found in cookbooks, i decided one day to mix what beans and tomatoes I had in the pantry, and since then, this has been a favorite; it also serves well as a chip dip.
