Breakfast wraps

Ingredients

6 Eggs

2 tbl Milk

1/4 tsp. Pepper

1 tbl Vegetable oil

1 cup Shredded cheddar

3/4 cup Diced fully cook ham

4 Eight-inch flour tortillas, warmed

Preparation

In small bowl, whisk eggs, milk and pepper. In large skillet, heat oil. Add egg mixtture; cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are completely set. Stir in cheese and ham.

Spoon egg mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up. Servie immediately, or wrap in plastic wrap and freeze in a resealable plastic bag.
