1/4 cup Dried cherries, raisins or cranberries
1/4 cup Apple juice, heated
1 Tart apple, chopped into 1/2 inch pieces
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Brown sugar, packed
 Pinch of salt

Preparation

combine ingredients.

Relish is best when made a day ahead to allow flavors to blend.
