| 2 | Tbpsn smart balance butter |
| 1 tbsn | Sherry cooking wine |
| 3 sprigs | Green onion chopped |
| 1/4 | Yellow onion chopped |
| 1 | Plum tomato chopped |
| | Seasoning salt |
| | Lemon juice |
Lightly season salmon with seasoning salt and lack pepper
Add small amount of lemon juice
In a bowl combine cocunut milk, butter and sherry. Heat in microwave to melt butter
Sautee tomato and onions in olive oil, add coconut milk and then add salmon steaks. Cook over medium heat till done
