Banana Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients

1 Ripe banana, sliced
5 Packets splenda no calorie sweetner
1/2 cup Reduced fat milk
1 1/4 cups Unsweetended raspberries

Preparation

Freeze banana for 10 minutes or until firm

Combine ll ingredients in blendar and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve

Cook's Notes

Freeze banana night before for quick prep.
